In the tender years of early childhood, where every word and sound becomes a stepping stone in the journey of learning, the magic of rhymes opens up a world of wonder. These playful verses, with their rhythmic patterns and melodic charm, do more than entertain—they lay the foundation for a child's linguistic and cognitive development. At G D Goenka Public School, Sector 48, Gurugram, we cherish these formative experiences and recognize the profound impact they have on a child's future. To celebrate this vital stage of growth, we hosted "Melodies & Moments," a special event that brought together parents and children for a joyous exploration of language, learning, and love.

The event held on August 10, 2024 for our Nursery and Kindergarten classes was a vibrant showcase of the talented Goenkans who delighted attendees with their favorite rhymes, showcasing their linguistic prowess nurtured through engaging holistic activities.

At the heart of the event were the Parent-Child bonding activities, hosted in our strategically designed performing and visual arts studios. These thoughtfully crafted experiences were planned to deepen the emotional connect between parents and children. The activities provided a vibrant platform for families to share joyful moments of exploration and discovery.

Headmistress Ms. Harmeet Kaur actively engaged with parents and children, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The event received great feedback from parents, who appreciated the opportunity to participate in their child's educational journey.
