Mango day

MANGO DAY (JULY 22, 2021)

Summers are here and so are mangoes. Keeping in tune with the mango love, GDGPS, Sec-48, Gurgaon celebrated "National Mango Day" on  July 22, 2021. Learners were looking bright and shiny in yellow. Various activities were planned for the day such as singing rhymes and songs on mango. Little chefs loved making scrumptious dishes like mango shake, smoothies, mango cake, and mango sandwich which were enjoyed by our mango lovers. The kids were also dressed up in the shades of mango and shared few lines on their all-time favourite fruit.

All the children had an amazing time celebrating the splendid "National Mango Day". They not only enjoyed the blissful moments but also learned its cultural, social and economic significance, its nutritional properties and the popular stories associated with the fruit.
