ASTRONOMY SESSION
(FEBRUARY 16, 2024)
ASTRONOMY compels the soul to look upward, and lead us from this world to another.
With the objective to foster interest in Astronomy and the study of the Sun, GDGPS sector 48 Gurugram organized an interactive session for the students of classes V to VIII on February 16, 2024. The session was conducted by Mr Amitabh Pandey who is an influential figure in the field of astronomy. He updated the students about the fascinating Aditya L1 mission followed by usage of telescope.
Later, after the session, the Goenkans of CLASS VIII had an engaging and informative experience to observe the Sun using a special telescope which enhanced their learning. It was truly a very fruitful and engaging session.
