ASSEMBLY - EARTH IS IN YOUR HANDS

“When we honor the earth, we honor ourselves. Protecting the environment matters to everyone.”
To emphasize on the importance of protecting our mother Earth, the students of 6H presented the assembly on the topic, “Earth is in Your Hands”.
The assembly commenced with the prayer "Itni Shakti Hamein Dena Data," invoking divine blessings and strength to fulfill our responsibilities. The students shared the National news, Global news, Sports news, Weather forecast and the Goenkan News from the Goenkan Newsroom. The students of 6H brightened the day further with positive thoughts in English, Hindi, French and Sanskrit.
A captivating mime act unfolded on stage, portraying the urgent need to save trees and mitigate deforestation, reminding us of the crucial role trees play in maintaining ecological balance. The auditorium resonated with a melodious song dedicated to Earth, celebrating its beauty and advocating for its conservation, reminding us of our duty to be stewards of our planet. The assembly concluded with a heartfelt Hindi poem, evoking emotions of reverence and gratitude towards Mother Earth, urging us to cherish and protect it for generations to come.
The school Principal and Headmistress addressed the students, emphasizing on the importance of collective action in addressing environmental challenges. They commended the efforts showcased in the assembly and urged everyone to translate the inspiration into tangible actions in their daily lives. They encouraged students to actively participate in initiatives aimed at preserving our planet for future generations. Their words of encouragement and guidance ignited a renewed sense of responsibility and determination within the audience, to make a positive impact on our Earth.
