GETTING FUTURE READY; SMALL GROUP SESSION FOR JR. WING TEACHERS

(JANUARY 13, 14 & 20, 2020)

The second phase of Getting Future Ready was organized after the orientation session. The workshop focused on integration of the skills learnt into classroom teaching. Teachers were divided into small groups (5 groups each day). Academic, sports, activity teachers and counsellors were a part of these sessions. Each day, the groups were given time to do teamwork and come up with creative presentation based on the chapters allotted to the groups. The presentations were designed in such a way that apart from PPT, teachers had to share anecdotes, real classroom situations depicting the main points of the chapters read. These presentations were assessed by the judges. The parameters for assessments were-

• Coverage of content
• Effectiveness of collaboration
• Creativity
• Effectiveness of presentation
